Charles Pearson Associates is a management consultancy that serves the specialized needs of hospitals and health systems throughout the United States.

Since its formation in 1979, it has been our goal to assist hospitals and health systems to maximize their operating effectiveness in terms of both the quality and cost of services. This is accomplished by direct and continuous involvement of myself in all projects.
